Housing Rental (Dar es Salaam)

Hi all. My wife has just accepted a position in Dar and we're moving there from Lusaka in September. We understand that a great many expats prefer to live in the Peninsula area so we're looking for any links or information available related to being able to rent a (minimum) 2-bedroomed house in the Peninsula area. if any of you can help with this we'd be very grateful.
