Mountainbike tour (Dar es Salaam)

Yo guys for those who like some adventure... from the 17th to the 23rd of June i will go with Afriroots (see lonely planet) on what is supposed to be a very exciting mountainbike trip in the southern highlands. The trip will follow less traveled areas and we will pass very scenic nature and villages. We will do about 70 km per day, so it will ask some of your endurance. You do not have to be highly trained since i am not either. There is place for a few (fun) people more. It is nice to do this as a group so you can see each other through hard times haha.
