Moving to Dar es Salaam with small children.

We may have the opportunity to relocate from the UK with our 2 children, ages 3 &5. Has anyone moved from Europe / US/ Canada with similar aged children? Any top tips?? Is it normal for expat packages to include rental/ school fees? Any recomendations for either? Also has anyone had a child in Dar? And if so, how did you get round the anti malarials?

I've found some stuff on the internet, but very little by way of personal feedback.
