Moving to Dar with 2 small children (Dar es Salaam)

Hello,
I am potentially planning to move to Dar in October with my partner and two sons who are 2yrs and 6 months old. I am looking for any advice or information on where to live, keeping the boys healthy, nurseries/playgroups, general healthcare. Basically all advice/ideas gratefully received!
