playgroup for babies and children (Dar es Salaam)

My son, 2yo, is coming to live in Dar next week. I am looking for some group like the typical playgroups for expats toodlers in other countries (to play, meet, party, discuss about the global change, or whatever), but nobody of my friends really knows about that.
So, if someone can tell me what´s going on for children in Dar (better if it´s around mikocheni) I´ll apreciate ... and if it doesn´t exists, maybe we can create one!
