Running in Dar? (Dar es Salaam)

Hi everyone

I am will be a new expat in Dar in April and looking to find like minded running buddies!!! I am hoping to join an existing group of runners or form a new one.

You would just need a pair of running shoes!! Any pace and could be a walk-run scenario given the heat factor!

I would just like to team up a couple of mornings/evenings a week for anything from 30 mins to an hour.

Does this already happen in Dar? Where and when?
