I am interested to learn more about Tanzanian coffee and its market (farms/farmers, growing regions, millers, production, development - but also the different beans, flavors, drinking, ...)
Does anyone know someone working in this field or at the Tanzania Coffee Board who'd be interested to exchange a bit of knowledge?
I used to be a barista myself, hence have some experience and know a bit about coffee, but want to learn more about the whohle process and what is making Tanzanian coffee so special :)
