living in Dhaka

Hello,

Can someone tell me something about the general living conditions in Dhaka/Banani?

- How fast is the internet connection?
- How often does it happen that the power supply stops (if there is no extra generator available) And for how long?
- Approx. monthly rent for a Protected content apartment?
- Any bars around Banani area or only at the 5 star hotels?
- Safety in this area, during the night.....
