Two questions ( well three actually ) (Dhaka)

1) Anyone any update on when non-diplomat expats will be able to use the duty free ( duty paid ) warehouses again?

2) Came back through customs on the weekend. I see that the allowances as proclaimed on the declaration form has changed to Protected content and 500ml alcohol per person, yet it still quotes the same regulations as to what can be imported. Is anyone aware of any official changes to to duty free allowances and a web link ?

3) What the hell is a 500ml bottle?.........................
