Advices regarding neighborhood (Doha)

Hello again, it's Marllorye, panamenian who is moving at the end of this month to Doha. I just got news from my employer that my apartment will be in the AL SAAD area, will appreciate some advices if this is a good area, things to do in the area and some pictures to my email will be very valuable. Also will need some advices regarding local transportation, my job will be located in WEST BAY, want to know if I suposed to use taxi or bus within one area and the other and the cost of the transportation.
