Al Waab, Al Aziziyah villas w/ cold running water? (Doha)

Hello all. As I search for appropriate accommodations with my employer, I need some on-the-ground, first-hand info please. As I have lived in Doha previously, I do not wish to repeat the hard-learned lesson of living without cold water at home.

What I am looking for this time:
1. Al Waab, Al Aziziyah or Salwa Rd South Districts (close enough to walk if absolutely needed to Villaggio/Hyatt, Wholesale Market, etc.)
2. COLD running water for the shower

Can anyone confirm cold water in Beverly Hills Gardens (any compound in these areas), Palm City Gardens, others on the same standard-of-living level (meaning pool and security guard minimum) please?
