Birth Cert Attestation / Online Visa Fee Payment (Doha)

Hi Every One,

Please tell me about birth certificate attestation is it required for family visit visa?, like my family is coming from Canada so do i need to get birth certificate attested from Ministry Of Foreign Affairs in Canada and also is there any attestation required in Qatar. And do I need to present original document while submitting application for visit visa?
There is one more question regarding online fee payment for visit visa, like I am leaving country in 1 week say if I’ll apply visa after 2 days and visa approval comes after i have left country.
So in this case is there any possibility that I can pay fee online via credit card
