Car allowance/transportation (Doha)

Hello again,

I have received the details of my contract for my future employment in Doha. I am wondering if it is possible to find a good running vehicle for my allowance of Protected content a month that will be my allowance?

I don't want to really buy a car and incur any kind of "loan" but if I could find a good rental that I know will handle the job that would be great but again not to break the bank.
