cost of living (Doha)

hi hubby has been offered a job at 60,000qr a month just health care covered and his flights home , petrol, mobile,etc, is this enough to live on with 4 children 3 that will be in primary sch planning on spending 15,000 on rent , putting away 10,000 a month for sch so left with 35,000 to spend on utility's and saving oh and a car , is this realistic or should he be pushing for more, we are not extravagant just want a 'nice' life any help would be great thanks
