family visa (Doha)

hi anyone myself , wife and two children are moving to doha in august as my wife has accepted a teaching post, she and one of my daughters are being sponsored i have no work yet and been advised to look in september, as my wife earns over Protected content month can she sponsor the family or will i have to get temporary visas and have to travel back to the uk?
