Finding a sponsor to start a Martial Art school (Doha)

Hello all,
I'm looking for ways to start a Martial Art school in Doha. Biggest issue is to find a sponsor to do that. At the moment I'm still in the Netherlands and will go to Doha again in 2 weeks. Anybody that can give some advice?
