Football and volleyball for women (Doha)

Hi all, I'm new to Doha and looking for a women's football and/or volleyball team that I can join. Are there any leagues or any weekly recreational get togethers?
There seems to be lots out there for men, but I haven't found anything for women, so any tips would be great!!
