Getting the nails and hair done? (Doha)

OK so being assigned a teaching job in Doha I have been stressing over this question. I get my hair done and nails(gels) done regularly. Are there hair and nail salons to help me:) I also get regular month massages, I would be looking for a massage therapist on a regular bases.
