Hiring: Marketing Coordinator & Interior Designer (Doha)

We are one of the leading Optical Company in Qatar, urgently looking for the following position who can join our team ASAP.
1. Operation/ Marketing Coordinator
Protected content for coordinating activities in operation department. Providing operational support, knowledge, and coordinating projects and initiatives. Acts as the liaison between the Retail Operations department and various other departments. This individual is also responsible of making sure the operations in the business are running smoothly, visit branches, training new employees and managing branch staff.
Education & experience:
• Degree in business, optical experience is a plus ( Protected content ).
• Proven experience in retail industry in a similar position, preferably in optical field.
Skills & knowledge:
• Leadership skills and team player.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to document and enforce operational policy and procedures.
• Interest in style and fashion oriented.
• Professional demeanor appearance, in both action and attire.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish effective relationships with people.
• A strong commitment to customer care and confidence in dealing courteously with customers
• Active listener Proactive, self-motivated with a strong focus on success.
• Excellent administrative, managerial and organizational skills.
• A business focused attitude. Ability to adapt to change.

2. Interior Designer/Drafter
The duties include:
•working along with the senior designer to create concepts.
•Follow up with clients and contractors.
•Participate in client presentations.
•Establish contacts with local and regional suppliers and have a good understanding of products in the market.
•Responsible of the proper filing of all documents.
The successful candidate will have the following:
•outstanding knowledge and experience of AUTO CAD, 3D MAX.
•Working experience of Archi Cad, Cinema 4D and other software's is highly regarded.
•Experience in retail and office design.
•Ability to complete a project from the conceptual stage all the way to working Protected content .
•Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and InDesign.
•Fluent in English (written and verbal)
