HR Coordinator - Georgetown SFS-Q (Doha)
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support in several areas within the Human Resources Department, including: benefits, compensation, recruitment, training and development, immigration, wellness, community relations, and the work of the CHRO. The position will perform a wide variety of administrative tasks in support of the aforementioned areas, including onboarding new employees, coordinating activities related to new employee orientation in Doha and community relations events, drafting employee letters, maintaining the HR intranet and internet pages, managing the department’s student worker, maintaining contact/mail lists and files, and processing purchase orders and CSRs. In addition the HR Coordinator will manage HR related processes within the Georgetown enterprise system (GMS) and serve as back up to the Payroll Officer. Additionally, the HR Coordinator is responsible for recruitment of non-sponsored or Package C positions. This position will have access to confidential information and therefore require a high-level of discretion and judgment.
