Internations Monthly event timing (Doha)

Dear all,

having attended several internations events over the past months, and in order to maximize the number of attendees, I wanted to engage you in a small discussion about the best timing for the monthly event. what time should the event start and end? and what day would be the most convenient ? considering that weekend pricing tends to be higher of week days.
