Is there a Writing Group in Doha?

Hello! We arrived safely in Doha and are beginning to settle in. While living in France, I was part of an excellent creative writing group which included weekly workshops. Does anyone know if a writing group currently exists? I assume something must be out there given all the universities about. Thanks for any advice you can lend.
