I just arrived few weeks ago. I am curious to check if anyone would know of an English (or French) hotline to the MOI. Ministry of the Interior. The MOI regulates visa applications and travel, but all the numbers I get from the website are all arabic speaking..... Helppppppppppppp. Thank you.
