Leaving Qatar in June (Doha)

My family and I are leaving Qatar and returning to the US after school is out (mid-June) for good. I know there are hoops to jump through regarding clearing debt, turning RP in etc. but does anyone know any specific timing - for example my wife will finish work on June 22nd - she's a teacher for QF, how long does the government allow after that to leave the country? Any direction would be appreciated.
