Living in Doha

Hello,

I am from India and got an offer to work in Qatar. They have offered me 40K QR/month including all. Would you please let me know about the housing expenses, provision expenses for a family of 4 (two young kids), company has mentioned that they will provide assistance in children education, i don't know what does that mean, daily commuting expenses from office to home and any other expenses to live there.

How about the people there, life of an Indian Expat and their family, freedom etc
I shall be very thankful to you if someone can give me some idea about it.
