Locals and internations - yea or nay? (Doha)

If you have completed the Internations survey sent earlier this week, you might have come across items requesting your opinion about admitting "internationally -minded" locals to IN events. One item specifically asks for input on the optimum ratio between expats to nationals.

What are your thoughts?

I for one don't know how you can measure one's "international mind" and how locals would fit in some expat events in certain communities.

Please note that I am not initiating one of those "us vs them threads". I am asking a general question - would admitting locals undermine the purpose of having a community for expats?
