International Language Center in Doha is looking for a female Customer Service Manager who is already based in Doha for a full-time position.
Requirements: -Level of English language is not lower than Intermediate -Level of Arabic language is not lower than Upper-Intermediate, with good writing and translating skills; -Work experience in customer service of minimum 3 years, preferably with Qataris and in Arab speaking countries; -Excellent communication skills; - Competent user of Microsoft Office; -Quick learner; -Punctual, attentive to detail and able to work with large quantities of documentation.
Responsibilities: -Respond to all incoming telephone calls and greet visitors; -Helping clients in the selection of our courses; -Advise clients about all our programs and courses; -Compile data from client placement tests to form groups; -Assist in organizing internal meetings and events; -Facilitate the smooth running of administrative procedures; -Procurement of office stationary etc.
