Marketing Assistant (Doha)

Scope of responsibilities:

• Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe services or events or

opportunities

• Contact businesses or governmental bodies by telephone in order to get the correct contacts

details (name, phone, email)

• Oversee registration in main ministries and councils

• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through

advertisements

• Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders

• Schedule appointments for account managers

• Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers

Skills required:

• Extreme attention to detail

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Power Point and Excel

• Ability to create and manage detailed reporting from a variety of sources

• Solid communicator possessing strong written, oral, presentation, and public speaking skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing

• Fluent in Arabic and English
