Money transfer to foreign banks (Doha)

Hello all,

i just got a job offer and i will probably move to Doha with my family shortly. i'm coming from Europe (Romania) and one of my concerns is if i'll be able to transfer some money back to my home bank account and how expensive will be to do this on monthly basis.

My company will offer some guidance but i'm afraid they will not be able to answer all my specific questions.
If anyone has a tip to offer, will be much appreciated.
