Moving from the UK to Doha

Greetings Expats! I am taking the plunge to Doha this month with my wife and two small children (yes it's a HOT time to move :-).

We can't find much online about compounds online so I wanted to get a feel from any American or British expats about what compounds they live in so we can rock on up and check them out!

We are looking for a price range of 13 or 14k and 4 bedrooms. The biggest thing is to ensure the place is mostly English speaking so my wife and kiddos can make some friends. Any suggestions? Much appreciated!
