Moving to Doha

I will soon be moving from Dallas, Texas, USA to Doha. I'm very happy with my compensation package but have a few questions. I will be working for HMC and my accommodations are provided. Any idea what this means? Is this a compound or do they put you out on the economy? Are things furnished or will my wife and I need to furnish it? So many questions, but so looking forward to this!
