New to Doha?

Consider making our spacious, peaceful, and clean family home your second home here. We are media professionals in Doha. This apartment gets a lot of light, so if that's important to you, then this is the right place.

We have two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms available from February 1, Protected content Serdal (Bilal) Tower, right opposite City Center Doha for 5,500QAR per room. The tower is located only seconds away from the City Center mall, and W and Kempinski hotels. And it takes five minutes to get to the Gate Mall, Hilton, Four Seasons or Sheraton on foot. On those days you don't want to drive, this becomes VERY convenient!

One of the rooms has a king-sized bed, while the other has twin beds. Each has plenty of wardrobe space, a workdesk with vanity stand. A large bathroom is provided for your personal use. You will also be provided with keys to your own bedroom.

The building has an outdoor swimming pool, a children's pool and an assorted gym with a trainer. There is a barbecue area above the pool for common use/large get-togethers/parties. Maintenance services and parking area are provided.

The apartment is cleaned every two weeks (split), according to our needs.

We love to cook and spend a great deal of time in our kitchen. If you're around, be prepared to test our food. LOL. We are happy to share our meals with you.

Our kitchen is HUGE with a lot of storage space. All necessary kitchen equipment, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher are provided. Television in the large, fully furnished living room has basic cable, DVD player and free internet.

We regularly lounge around in the living room and invite you to do the same. As the Spanish saying goes "nuestra casa es su casa" - our home is your home.

We do NOT pay for electricity, but we DO PAY FOR WATER (which comes 1x every SIX months).

We do understand value of a family and we would like to have you as a family member.

We do have some home rules: No alcohol, no loud noise and no pets in the house.

We would like to have one-month deposit (fully refundable when leaving) in advance and one month notice in case you decide to leave in the future.
