Photography expertise and interest anyone? (Doha)

I am fairly new to Doha (late January arrival) and have been trying unsuccessfully to find a photography community in Doha. I've been passionate about photography for 25 years first with film and now with digital photography. Recently I've been trying to push myself 'to a higher level' so to speak, but I need some 'experts' to guide and inspire me (issues like editing RAW files, shooting in low light, using flash, etc.). Anyone interested in pursuing photography in Doha (either shooting or critiquing or sharing expertise)? I'll be attending April's event at Le Cigale.
