Purchasing property in Doha: Do's and Dont's

Hello everybody,

I would like to hear your advice on property purchases in Doha. I am looking at purchasing a flat at the Pearl, however, at the moment I am not familiar with limitations (are there any?) upon investors in the property market over here. I will of course speak to sales personnel but I welcome any tips on the subject. Is it safe to buy?
