Qatar Visa Regulations (Doha)

Hi all,

Is there anyone on the forum who has successfully changed jobs in Qatar in less than one year. People tell me you can't switch visas before 2 years, however, I emailed the Ministry of Interior and asked them if I can transfer my visa to another company within 6 months. They wrote back to me saying I can not transfer the visa but cancel the first one and get a new visa if I have an NOC.

I would like to confirm this from anyone who has done anything similar.
