Shall I come to Qatar?? (Doha)

I am seriously looking at a 3 year contract based in Qatar. I will be bringing my wife and 2 daughters (7&4) but I am unsure if Qatar is right for us.
I was hoping for Dubai but there is little work opportunities for the right package.
Can you offer any form of encouragement?? Is Qatar a good place to be for a young family? Pro's and Cons please would be much appreciated
