Slacklining (Doha)

Dear Internations members.

I would have invited everyone for some slacklining at the pearl but security has recently kicked us out from the park area because "problem problem"

What is slacklining?
Slacklining refers to the act of walking or balancing along a suspended length of flat webbing that is tensioned between two anchors. Slacklining is similar to slack rope walking and tightrope walking.

Most of us are from a rock climbing community that enjoy challenging our balance and skills and so we respect nature and would never harm any trees, liter, or cause any disturbance when slacklining yet because the UDC dosent know what slacklining is they are causing us problems.

There is a tennis court to play tennis, a playground for children, why cant we use two trees to slackline on?

If anyone knows any advise on the matter, or help us getting a permit?! -.- Please get in touch as we need to help Qatar evolve alittle bit and not "problem problem" anything alittle different, as its a outdoor activity that promotes balance, exercise and fun, i see no problem here...
