Where to rent a hall for sports? (Doha)

Hello all,

I'm Tim Kool from the Netherlands and in about two weeks I will go to Qatar again to do more research about starting a Martial Arts gym in Doha. One of the problems is finding a suitable hall that can be rented per hour on regular basis. In my country that usually goes through the local government. Hoe does it work in Doha? Does anybody have some information for me where to look?
