Finding Employment prior to relocation (Dominican Republic)

Hello there,

My husband and I are talking about the possibility of relocating to Santo Domingo, DR but our main concern is how to secure jobs in our fields. Is it possible to obtain employment prior to relocating? My husband is in Education and hoping to secure a job as a math teacher at an international school. He does not speak Spanish. I, on the other hand am fluent in Spanish and have over 10 years of Human Resources experience. Any suggestions, connections, tips would be so appreciated.
