Geeting married (Dominican Republic)

Hi, I'm getting married with my dominican wife. We are moving back to Belgium in August, but she want's to get married here so that her family can join and celebrate. The problem is that... she has a small family. We are in total about 25 people (friends include). We have a small budget, since we are moving this year and can't spend a fortune on it, since we also have a marriage in Belgium... Now we do get crazy prices. Between Protected content Protected content !! (and that is just for the party). We wanted to do a Brunch, but nobody seems to know what it is here... anybody has some suggestions? We have 5 kids, that is why we wanted to do it in the morning...
