Move to Dortmund to find a job?

Hi, I am a member of the Dortmund community because I live in Paderborn and Dortmund seems slightly closer than Hannover or any other Internations community. I am using Paderborn as a base to find a new job - and not finding much nearby. I am wondering whether I should move to Dortmund or other larger NRW/German city simply because there are more jobs and they are better connected to the rest of the country. Any comments? (Because this overlaps the themes of Jobs and Housing I have placed it in Town Talk.)
