It is easy to think about the past - but what does this do for us now?
It is easy to think about what we want and where we want to get to in the future - but how does this help us now?
Coaching allows the client to focus on who they are at the present moment and teaches them to live life as it unfolds in front of them rather than in the past or future.

When we think about where we are now the future does not look so big or so daunting. This way of thinking allows us to more easily take the necessary steps forward to achieving our goals without anxiety and without letting the world pass us by.
