Advice to hire live in Maid (Dubai)

Hi...We are relocating to Dubai from India... And were looking for a live in maid. I was recommended two agencies for this- Nannies Dubai & Majestic Consultants. Has anybody used them? Are they reliable? Are they able to provide good honest maids? Would really appreciate if someone can help me here.
Or alternatively suggest any other agency/method to hire a lice in maid....
