Anybody for meet on 4th to 6th of March (Dubai)

Hi

I will be spending 2 day in Dubai (4th March to 6th March) on my way back from London, would love to meet some locals .

I can only meet after 10 am because my flight lands at 7am.I will be staying in ibis on sheikh zayed road.

I would like to know what is the best way to meet people in Dubai and to exchange some words about culture, music, politic... If you have some advices or ideas let me know.
