Bali or Thailand? (Dubai)

So I was thinking of going on a one week vacation, and I can't seem to decide if I should go to Bali or Thailand. I'm more keen on Thailand just because i think it has more to offer.. But haven't been to both.. So I can use a piece of advice. :)
