Beach Wheelchair (Dubai)

Hi dear friends,
I am planning a trip to Dubai, i am not interested in shopping, technology or gold in Dubai. I just want to have rest near the beach, swim in the Ocean for a few days.
The point is, do you know any hotel which has a "beach wheelchair". Or do you know which hotels are close to the The municipality's floating wheelchair service? I have heard that these services are in "Al Mamzar" and in Jumeirah beach. I noticed that there aren't many hotel options around Al Mamzar. Jumeirah beach seemed like too long. Have you ever noticed that kind of device while you were walking around these places? :) If yes, where are they? :)

I have sent about 20 email to various hotels around Jumeirah and the Palm, some of them replied and they are not aware of this stuff so far.
