Best place for recruitment (Dubai)

Hi guys
Myself and my wife are looking to relocate to Dubai, i currently work as an electrical project manager and would be looking for the same sort of position. My wife is actually a plumber in UK but i assume that would not be acceptable over there. She did for many years work in a school providing learning support in English and maths.
Could anyone out there tell me the best places to look for employment and give any pointers of say things to look out for etc.
