Canada to Dubai 2016

Hello fellow Canadians! My wife, 2 girls Protected content 15) and I will be moving to Dubai in the spring of Protected content . This gives us a lot of time to get things in order for the move. Could I possibly trouble some of you for your moving experiences? What did you need to seek and what could you keep to avoid having to pay taxes to Canada? Can I transfer money to a Canadian account with penalty from CRA?
I have a pilot job with an Emirati airline and this is kind of my retirement funding job. I'd hate to have to pay taxes on money earned abroad.
I thought I'd ask someone who has actually living in Dubai how to plan my departure from Canada. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
