Career Switch - Seek guidance (Dubai)

Hello All,

I am looking to switch my profession. I have a flair for writing and looking for part time internship to make a new start.

I have been a Personal Assistant for 6.5 years now, out of which I had a 70% role of HR generalist role for 3 years - managing HR communication, employee engagement, Employee grievances, Policy drafting, etc.

Not sure how it operates in Dubai to take ahead by career switch, hence advice of all you seasoned professional on Internations.

Your kind advice shall be highly valued and appreciated.
