Hi all that have looked at this thread and expressed interest. For the concept to work, it is really important that you are familiar with the UK show (now showing re-runs on OSN).

You will need to be able to cook for six to eight people reasonably competently, and offer a three course menu, possibly with a theme. You will need to be able to host your meal in your own home. Seriously though, watch the show first if you don't know it already. It is not for the faint hearted. :)))
